a few notes from today

1) littering - threw lit cigarette into my yard, took repeated requests to get him to pick it up, he did pick it up, but it started a chain of
confrontation that could have been avoided.
2) noise ordinance - yelled at top of his lungs, stuff about me being a child molestor, after i wouldn't give him my ssn.
3) name and address or you go to jail.
4) violation of privacy act and state law re ssn, or does that apply only to state employees?
5) retailiation for first amendment activity of not giving my dob.
6) no miranda warning, in the context of a criminal investigation - not in itself actionable, may violate policy. see recent s ct case, keep in mind higher standard under state con.
7) cars parked illegally, for wghich i've been ticketed and towed at same location.
petty but still.
