Hi Mike. Once a few years ago you said that the Tom Delay scandal was goig to change everything. Good call! I'm assuming from that and other conversations that you lean Democrat.
Right now I'm involved in a case about voter ID. My client, a libertarian, believes that having to show a government-issued license in order to vote is an unwarranted search, to which he does not consent. The suit also raises issues of free elections, the right to vote under the state constitution, the First Amendment, the Privacy Act, and the Poll Tax 24th Amendment.

I'm well aware that I'm outlawyered. At the moment I have a full time non-legal job. Even when I had time to work on it, I was losing motions based on not being expert of procedure in state court. I'm looking for co-counsel, or, in the event that an interested lawyer wouldn't want to work with me, I'm prepared to sign the case over to another attorney. My client will agree to this.
case documents and information are at htp://joellpalmer.blogspot.com .
This is a long shot, but do you know anybody who would want it? You wouldn't be interested yourself?
The other case I currently have and seek counsel, against Corrections Corporation of America, is even less appealing.
In you have any interest, please drop me a line at gtbear@gmail.com.
Sincerely,
Robbin Stewart
