Motion for readmission.

My name is Robbin Stewart, # 17147-53.
During 2004, I needed 6 CLE credits. I attended a 6-hour function sponsored by the iclu, for which CLE credits had been applied for. Retroactively, the application was denied, so those 6 credits didn't count, but I did not get notice of that.
I received notice at about the beginning of May that my license was being suspended.
I paid the $200 fee shortly thereafter.
I took CLE classes in May and June.
I did not know that ICLEF would not file the May hours before June 2.
On June 8th ICLEF reported the hours for the May events.
I have now completed the requirements for readmission, and seek reinstatement.
I have refrained from the practice of law during the period of my suspension.
